Patients are considered new appointments after 2 years of previous attendance.
Will I be charged for investigations and procedures?

No. Should an investigative scope be undertaken, you will be asked to fill in a medical insurance form. Your medical insurer is billed for the procedure at no cost to you. Your premiums will not be affected by this claim.​
